The writings of St Peter Julian Eymard, originally published in French, have been translated posthumously in many different languages. Many of Eymard’s texts were translated into English in the twentieth century. In brief: The Divine Eucharist series in the early twentieth century; the Eymard Library collection from 1930 to 1948; and Sr Catherine Marie Caron’s The life and letters of Saint Peter Julian Eymard in 1995.
For an historical analysis of the evolution and transmission of Eymard’s writings, see, Saint Peter Julian Eymard: The legacy and its transmission.

The most complete printed version of Eymard’s writings is the French Pierre-Julien Eymard 1811–1868 Oeuvres Complètes, published in seventeen volumes in 2008, (Ponteranica, Bergamo: Centro Eucaristico; Bruyères-le-Châtel: Nouvelle Cité). The work includes Eymard’s correspondence, personal notes, constitutions of the congregations he founded, and sermons. Introductions and notes are also included. This work is based on the 2006 internet edition of Pierre-Julien Eymard Oeuvres Complètes. (See: Editor. (2007, Jan./Feb.). Writings of Saint Peter Julian Eymard on the Internet. Bread Broken & Shared, 12. http://www.blessedsacrament.com/usa/newsletter/JANFEB07F.pdf ).

The internet edition of the Oeuvres Complètes is accessible from the Pierre-Julien Eymard web page (http://www.eymard.org). The site includes three databases which, translated into English, are:
The original writings of St Peter Julian Eymard;
Complete inventory of the General Archives of the Religious of the Blessed Sacrament (AGRSS) and Archives of the Servants of the Blessed Sacrament (AGSSS); and
Images of manuscripts and original documents used for the 2006 internet edition of the Oeuvres Complètes.
